Transportation Program Build and Enhance Transit Systems
The Truckee North Tahoe Workforce Vanpool Program offers subsidies for Commute with Enterprise vanpools, helping employees commute to work in Eastern Placer County. Groups of individuals who live and work near each other and have similar schedules can rent a van at a reduced rate and carpool together. The program provides an $800 monthly subsidy per vanpool, with additional subsidies available through other programs depending on the vanpool’s origin.
