Build and Enhance Transit Systems
The project scope includes to components:
1. The Meeks Bay Trail project includes construction of a 0.7 mile paved, shared use path between the Meeks Bay Resort and Sugar Pine Resort. 75% of the project includes retaining walls and also includes a new bridge. The new bridge and retaining walls will be constructed with GRS-IBS foundations to save costs, construction time, and impacts.
2. Construction of bike paths, sidewalk, curb and gutter in Tahoe City as part of the Truckee River Bridge Project.
