The Black Bart Project installed 7,700 linear feet of new 6-inch water main to replace the existing 1- and 2-inch diameter steel water main that serves the properties. Nine new fire hydrants would be installed that would be accessible from the public right of way. The project improves water supply enhancing fire protection capabilities on private, local, state, and federal lands by increasing fire flow volumes and coverage area.
