Hogan Court Drainage Improvement Project

The project includes installation of a new storm drain junction box at an existing NDOT outlet located upslope of 699 Hogan Court and approximately 440 linear feet of underground storm drain pipe, connecting to the existing storm drain system at the intersection of Hogan Court and Titlist Drive. The project intends to reduce SR 431 embankment erosion and improve storm water conveyance. The storm drain alignment will traverse NDOT right-of-way, the private property at 699 Hogan Court, and Washoe County ROW. The project is in collaboration with NDOT, Washoe County, NTCD, and private property owners of 699 Hogan Court.
