Improve Public Recreation Facilities
Rebuild the Vikingsholm Pier in Emerald Bay. The Vikingsholm Pier visitor dropoff walkway is in need of repair: the entire pier is in a state of deterioration with compromised visitor safety and is not accessible to boats during low water years nor is it compatible with water taxi service. The pier and path to the historic core of the Vikingsholm estate are not ADA accessible from the lake.
