Community Wildfire Protection Program Reduce Hazardous Fuels
This project is intended to build capacity and support for the Basin-wide Tahoe Fire and Fuels Team (TFFT) by providing a full-time TFFT Program coordinator. The TFFT is based on partner participation and has seen better success when there is a dedicated coordinator. The TFFT Coordinator will provide full-time, focused support to the TFFT and its members. The TFFT Coordinator will work under the direction of the TFFT Incident Commander, coordinate and facilitate meetings, prepare and deliver grant proposals for member agencies, be the liaison to the Multi-Agency Coordinating Committee (MAC), and maintain TFFT project data including updating the Lake Tahoe EIP Project Tracker.
