Reduce hazardous fire fuels and implement prescribed fire on private and local government lands within wildland-urban interface (WUI) areas of Tahoe-Douglas Fire Protection District. Project represents current unfunded need of the Tahoe-Douglas FPD’s ongoing forestry and fire program to reduce hazardous fuels and restore forest health.
