This project is broken down into two separate components:
1) Implement cooperative restoration efforts on the Upper Truckee River upstream of Washoe Meadows State Park, and
2) Development of a pilot community wide education and conservation effort within the section of the Upper Truckee River upstream of Washoe Meadows.
