Watershed Restoration Program Restore Priority Meadows, Wetlands, and Lake Tahoe Tributaries
Original Objective: Replace undersized culvert and restore stream channel above and below new crossing -A road to trail conversion. Outcome: NEPA analysis determined creating a low water crossing was not the preferred alternative. The analysis resulted in a finding that the road crossing should be maintained to facilitate hazardous fuels management activities.
