Reduce Stormwater Pollution From: Roads and Highways, Forest Roads, Public and Private Parcels
Incline Beach currently receives stormwater runoff from both Washoe County road facilities and the internal parking area for the Incline Beach. Existing SW channels are undersized and routinely are overwhelmed and eroded during large runoff events.
The Project proposes to improve the existing conveyance facilities channel to reduce SW velocities and minimize erosion and sediment transport to Lake Tahoe.
