Stormwater Management Program Reduce Stormwater Pollution From: Roads and Highways, Forest Roads, Public and Private Parcels
The project improved treatment of stormwater runoff in Kahle Basin by increasing basin treatment capacity and effectiveness and improving conveyance capacity along Kahle Drive. The multi-benefit project also enhanced existing recreational access in Rabe Meadow through the next phase Kahle Complete Street. The project was registered in the LT Info Stormwater Tools in 2018 with a potential of 51 lake clarity credits. See https://stormwater.laketahoeinfo.org/BMPRegistration/Detail/163 for more information on the registration.
