Stormwater Management Program Reduce Stormwater Pollution From: Roads and Highways, Forest Roads, Public and Private Parcels
This project included many small specific areas that were identified for source control and conveyance as part of the Washoe County EIP Project Assessment completed in February of 2006. The project areas for this project are within project boundaries of several completed EIP projects however the improvements constructed with this project were not included as part of the older projects. Treatment areas within the project area were prioritized based on fine sediment particle (FSP) loading identified in the "Nevada Tahoe TMDL Implementing Agencies Stormwater Load Reduction Plans Baseline and Existing Conditions Final Technical Documents" dated December 31, 2013.
