Tahoe Boating App

The Tahoe Boating App, (https://www.trpa.gov/programs/shoreline/tahoe-boating-app/) downloaded over 17,000 times between 2019 and 2023, helps boaters navigate TRPA's shorezone ordinances with an interactive map showing their location in relation to no wake zones around Lake Tahoe. The app gets updated every year to keep up with changing conditions, like boat ramp closures due to low lake levels and new Aquatic Invasive Species work zones, making it easier for users to stay informed and boat safely.
