Implement Programmatic Monitoring and Reporting
Resurvey J. Keane plots from the early 1990s focused on snowshoe hares. Keane PhD work was intended to assess changes in wildlife populations in response to forest management, particularly prescribed burning. Pilot project with field sampling by Tahoe Institute of Natural Sciences to inform larger scientific investigation.
