Transportation Program
Build and Enhance Trail Networks
This project extended the existing Class 1 Pam Emmerich Memorial Pinedrop Bike Trail approximately 1,100 linear feet in the North Tahoe Regional Park. The trail provides ADA accessibility between the existing bathroom in the lower parking lot and the existing Pam Emmerich Memorial Pinedrop Trailhead. Trail amenities include pervious paver plazas, trail signs, bike racks, bear boxes, a staircase, and two (2) ball field viewing areas. No additional vehicle miles were created with this project.
