Project proposes to modify the existing Johnson Boulevard travel way from the southern limits of Al Tahoe Boulevard to the northern limits of Fairway Avenue per preliminary concept design contained within the LTUSD Safe Routes to School Master Plan by reducing roadway width, construction of a Class 1 bicycle trail, construction of sidewalk and ADA improvements, construction of minor drainage improvements as required for project, installation of pedestrian safety lighting, and pave and stripe roadway for Class II bicycle lane on west side. The total project length is estimated to be 4,900 linear feet (.92 miles).
