The project consists of constructing gathering spaces adjacent to the existing tennis and pickleball courts. The project involves concrete curbs, asphalt pavement, pervious pavers, acrylic surfacing, electrical improvements, adding a seat wall, trash enclosure ball backboard, bike racks, interpretive panels, and an art feature from a local artist.
