The proposed project is a 33,000 +/- sq. ft. expansion to the existing IVGID Rec Center. The expansion will include a new gymnasium, gymnastic facilities and storage, restrooms, multi-purpose and recreation rooms for youth programs, new entry and reception area and offices. Site improvements will include the installation of permanent BMPs, modified vehicle circulation for drop-off lane and parking.
