Restore Priority Meadows, Wetlands, and Lake Tahoe Tributaries
Removal of Incline Lake Dam structures, restoration of stream and meadow, and installation of permanent BMPs. NEPA Decision planning/ documentation was accomplished with SNPLMA Funding by 2015. Dam removal was completed in 2020; channel and floodplain through former dam footprint were restored and ditch decommissioned in 2021; boardwalk trail across constructed floodplain was constructed in 2022; additional ditch decommissioning and upland disturbed site restoration work occurred in 2023; and the remaining stream and meadow restoration work was completed in 2024. Some adaptive management work and additional BDAs were implemented in 2025.
