Watershed Restoration Program Restore Priority Meadows, Wetlands, and Lake Tahoe Tributaries
Addressed drainage issues with roads and trails affecting surface flow in Gardner Mountain meadow. Installed willow fascines in intermittent meadow channel to facilitate sediment deposition and reduce flow velocities, to restore stable meadow channel morphology through natural processes.
