The Hicks Urban Parcel is owned by the State of Nevada and is adjacent to Incline Creek. In the past few years, the site has experienced large scale surface erosion. The first phase of this project will analyze sources of erosion by completing hydrological, geotechnical, and topographical surveys, and prepare conceptual and 75% design documents for restoration and stabilization of the Hicks Urban Parcel. Construction of erosion control and hillside stabilization measures will take place in subsequent phase.
