Included the construction of rolled curb and gutter from Pioneer Trail to Skyline drive which provides roadway widths for vehicles and bicycles, while eliminating sharp drop-offs at existing edge of road AC swales. The project established Elks Club Drive as a Class III bike route and allowed for a connection from the future Greenway Bike Trail Project.
