Stormwater Management Program Reduce Stormwater Pollution From: Roads and Highways, Forest Roads, Public and Private Parcels
Retrofit of the existing undersized Osgood basin to reduce fine sediment particles and nutrients in a high-priority, directly-connected catchment that discharges directly into the Ski Run Marina. Expansion of the basin to the east would require a higher berm, and proportionally larger footprint to overcome the challenges with the high groundwater table onsite. This project has become a phased part of the Upper Bijou Park Creek Project (EIP #01.01.01.0184). This project may be expanded to include drainage improvements to the existing drainage path across Alder Ave, Forest Ave, and Osgood Ave, discharging to the Osgood basin.
