This Project is the second Phase of the Echo View Estates Erosion Control Project which was completed in 1988. The primary goal of this Project is to help improve the clarity of Lake Tahoe by reducing water quality impacts caused by the development of the Echo View Estates subdivision on Angora Creek., which is a tributary to the Upper Truckee River. The objective of the Project is to reduce the transport of fine sediment from the Project area by constructing and enhancing water quality Best Management Practices (BMPs) with the Project area.
