In South Lake Tahoe, from Highway 89 intersection at the "Y" to Trout Creek. Major highway through urban core of South Lake Tahoe with crossings at Truckee River and Trout Creek. Reconstruct highway drainage system and construct stormwater improvements throughout project area. Include right-of-way acquisition for water quality purposes. EA 3C380
