This system will track the Basin's progress towards meeting its GHG emission reduction targets and other key elements of the plan. It will translate energy, fuel use and other data into GHG emissions, calculate and track target year projections, and quantify GHG reductions from existing projects, programs and actions. It will relate with EIP Tracking & Reporting Tool and summarized reports will be generated annually.
