This project determines and documents the current status of white-tailed jackrabbit in the Tahoe Basin; augments lagomorph data collection currently underway in the Carson Range; establishes permanent sampling sites for monitoring these species in the future; and creates an online database through the University of Nevada, Reno, Biology Museum, that tracks population trends in these species.
