Lakeview Commons Phase 3 - Sustainable Communities

Project is the restoration/reconstruction of the existing public recreation site with water quality BMP's enhanced pedestrian and bicycle facilities , and scenic improvements. Proposed improvements include green building and sustainable design elements, reconfiguration of community open space and gathering places, along with improved overnight and day use recreation facilities and enhanced circulation.
