Community Wildfire Protection Program Reduce Hazardous Fuels

Airport West is a forest fuels reduction project that is located on the City of South Lake Tahoe property along the East side of the Lake Tahoe Airport runway. The unit will be hand-thinned, piled, then burned. Project completion is expected in 2017. 6 acres total.
