This project focuses on a section of Cold Creek at the culvert at Pioneer Trail and 100 yards downstream. The original Project scope: The project includes addressing the culvert at Pioneer Trail with respect to fish passage. The goals of this project are to: enhance/improve fisheries and riparian habitat along a portion of Cold Creek; reduce sediment load from adjacent road; reduce sediment load from adjacent slopes.
