The Nevada Division of State Lands purchased a conservation easement from the Burgundy Hills HOA in Incline Village with the intent of removing a derelict storage building and an unused water tank and restoring the site. A TRPA Land Coverage Verification (TRPA File Number 20051254) identified 7,521 square feet of coverage, with 2,867 square feet of hard coverage and 4,654 square feet of soft coverage.
