Identifies all road and trails to be maintained by CA State Parks, improvements to those not meeting standards, and removal and restoration for those roads and trails not be maintained. Secured project specific funding to restore and enhance 800 feet of the Rubicon Trail and associated Day-Use area within Emerald Bay State Park.
