Improvements on the Resort property include: Retrofit access road to improve visitor experience and implement water quality protection BMPs. Retrofit parking/trailhead area to improve circulation efficiency and implement water quality protection BMPs. Replace existing substandard water system with one that meets local and federal code. Renovate National Register historic buildings to preserve historic character and values.
