Stormwater Management Program Reduce Stormwater Pollution From: Roads and Highways, Forest Roads, Public and Private Parcels
This project implemented water quality protection BMPs where appropriate, improve soil quality, install native vegetation to slow surface run-off and screen activities from the highway. The BMPs built to accomplish the project objectives were: 1. Infiltration basins 2. Highway sound and water diversion wall 3. Decommission of abandoned well 4. Soil decompaction 5. Revegetation with native plants
